One of the most fun ways to promote team building is through activities that provide challenges carried out in contact with the outdoor environment.

A boat is the perfect environment, because in it you trace a route (objective), it must be commanded by a leader (captain) who relies on the efficient work of the team (sailors), everyone must perform their functions (skills) in synergy to guide the ship (company) by solving the problems (variables) that arise throughout the journey with perfect timing (communication). ​
